Funny tricks to play on someones computer??

For hunt and peck typists, switch just two keys, like d and f, and change it up every week or so, and keep chiding them about their horrible spelling.


Bury all the desktop icons in a directory structure 40 or so deep.

Take a screenshot of their desktop, Put all the icons in a folder off the desktop, replace the background with the screenshot.

You can tape a little piece of paper over the laser in their mouse. Works the same.

We get calls about that all the time where someone does that by mistake and can't figure out what they did. THe Help Desk is also too stupid to figure out you have to log in before you can use those keys to turn it back...
