Funny things you did as a kid...

What are some funny things you did as a child that seemed normal at the time, but strange to everyone else?

When I was little, I used to butter all my french fries before eating them.

(don't knock it 'til you've tried it!)

I used to think it was ok to call someone "slutty", as I didn't understand what the word exactly meant. So in 3rd grade when I called a fellow male classmate this world, imagine my surpise when my teacher got super pissed at me and looked at me wide-eyed.

I used to sleepwalk a lot and I'd open the trash compactor up and pee in it thinking I was at the toiliet 🙂.

i thought it was fun to chase girls during recess to steal kisses.
i wish i still had recess.

I got caught putting filthy swear words into a computer crossword program in 4th grade. Whoops.

I used to think a yield sign meant you had to wait/yield, but only for family, not for anyone else.

in like 3rd grade we'd sonetimes do art work, this would involve convering desks with newspapers. here in england a paper called the sun features a page witha topless model. i found these sometimes and would go round showing everyone. one time the teacher caught me and shouted at me and said "do you want to go show the head??!?!!?" and i got scared and said no. looking back, maybe he woulda liked me for bringing him topless model pictures?

food habits:chips dipped in yoghurt, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, sour creame+american cheese+potatoe chip sandwich [dam good, i still eat these sometimes].

When I was in elementary school I taught an even younger kid how to give people the finger. Said kid then flipped off the entire rear half of the school bus. 😛

I cut all the pieces of my sister's candyland game in half thinking it would improve the game, I guess by making it last longer? 😕

She still harbors ill will towards me for it.

Once my parents promised to take me to McDonald's on the way to a park, but I fell asleep in the car and when I woke up I was cranky as hell and we were already at the park. I don't remember it but my sister and cousin told me that I stood at the edge of a precipice and threatened to kill myself if I didn't get a Happy Meal.

Good times last summer.
