FORCE MAJEURE. 8x8 shall not be liable for any delay in performance directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, late delivery by suppliers or other difficulties of 8x8 as may occur in spite of 8x8's best efforts. QUANTITIES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. In the event of production or network difficulties or product shortages, 8x8 may allocate sales, services and deliveries at its sole discretion.
