there are tons of joke sites for math, engineering and science jokes. I'd google them for you, but then I'd have to post the links. If *you* google them, then the net amount of work between us is lower.

Does it have to be jokes? There are hundreds if not thousands of tech support stories at techtales.com. Many are lame, but there are some gems.

Well, I mainly wanted good jokes you've personally enjoyed.

I work in tech support for a college.

I had a professor call me the other day who didn't know where the 'n' key was on her keyboard.. it took me literally 10 minutes to get her to a website.

I had a student call in and say that her computer wouldn't turn on. I asked if she had checked the power cables.. she said no because it had a wireless card... I banged my head on the keyboard until I passed out.

I had a woman call me today (notice the trend of women?) who didn't know how to right click. No, she hadn't used a Mac for entire life.. she was just a moron.

You wouldn't believe how many people do things that we don't tell them to do. I'll be walking someone through a delicate registry change or something similar, and they'll tell me they clicked around and thought they found what they needed and deleted some random things... but now their keyboard doesn't work, and their speakers and shouting at them. Today I told a woman to not click on a file attachment (virus).. 10 seconds later: "oh damn, Norton just popped up and said I have a virus." What did you do right before that? "I opened the attachment."

It's like people lose all common sense when they sit down in front of a computer.

Why do they lock gas station bathrooms? Are they afraid someone will clean them?

Mother: "How's your history paper coming?"

Son: "Well, my history professor suggested that I use the Internet for research, and it's been very helpful."

Mother: "Really?"

Son: "Yes, so far I've located 17 people who sell them!"
