Ok, As I was getting ready to move, I started to clean out my computer mess. There were a few things I knew were broken, but just couldn't toss out. Seeing as I didn't want to move it with me (make a clean start) I tossed it out on garbage day (the night before actually). The next day I noticed the computer stuff missing, but the rest of the garbage there. With a smile on my face I continued to pack and finally got moved.
I had to go back and clean my old place when there was a nock on the door. Some guy was holding a familiar looking cd-rom drive with a mad look on his face. He wanted $10 for the trouble he went through for trying to get it to work. When I asked him where he got it and why he was comming to me he stated that he seen it out side my place and picked it up.
When I asked why he thought I should pay him anything for stealing stuff out of my garbage he said beacuse of the time he lost trying to get it to work.
As I was laughing at him (which made he even more mad). I asked what exactly did he think it was in the garbage for? He had no answer.
I shut the door laughing at him.
