I couldn't agee more. They've lost a reader in me just for that shear fact. I like objective reporting/reviewing... GD is inserting way too much opinion.

I can understand that coming from a forum member, but how a "pro" site can write that , who of which is obviously using slander, I can see no valid reason. Even without any DX9 games and supported drivers that are not out yet to the general public.

It's one thing to do something like that in the forums, but to blantly put in a hardware REVIEW that is supposed to remain impartial is quite different. Hookers? Come on. That's low even for Van's Hardware

while it would probly be a lot of fun to bash Nvidia out of existance we need strong competitors to keep the industry moving, I'm just glad i didnt get one of there FX cards (which do play most games quite well) I've got 3 friends who all bought the 5200's and I laughed at them, but they all got good deals on a mediocre card, and can play games like battlefield and UT2k3, and once they upgraded their RAM theyactually gewt decent frame rates.

I don't see how. I'd say the same thing if Anand posted something like that in his review. The forums are a place to relax and "trade paint" so to say. But when you start reviewing hardware where your unbiased opinion counts to the reader, comments like this are unwarranted.

Like I said...the forums are an informal gathering place.

It's kinda like the 300 lb girl that walks into Victoria Secret looking for a pair of panties. The sales reps may be nice as heck to her and even direct her to a store that may be of a better "fit" for her, but you know that they are in the back room talking all kinds of sh!t when she leaves

I think we all like to joke and kid around here a lot. But when it comes to reviewing a product, that stuff should stay out.
