"If you can't eat their food, drink their booze, screw their women and then vote against them, you have no business being up here." - Jesse Unruh

There is so much truth in that quote, this should be the standard for everyone who gets elected.

The only reason lobbyists have any power is because of "progressive" expansion of the federal government.

Go back to the constitution and lobbyists for the most part would vanish at the federal level.

This coming from the party that thinks corporate campaign contributions are 'free speech'. Don't complain about lobbyists when you fight to remove limits of corporate moneyed influence on government.

Quite yer whining. Nobody's forcing anybody to vote for all these two-faced lawyers taking billions from lobbyists. The American people sold their government to the highest bidder long ago, then they took out a loan from them when the money ran out. You now have your pick of which flavor of crap you prefer, but I can guaranty whichever it is will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Its shouldn't matter how much money a person or company gives an elected official at the federal level because if the federal government was restricted to its constitutional role, it wouldn't have the power to pick winners and losers in the marketplace.

That's what the constitution thinks. If you disagree with that you than disagree with the first amendment, which wouldn't be at all surprising considering you're a libtard.

Go for it dude! You go put those lawyers in their place. Then come back and complain when the IRS does an audit on you. We'll be here to provide moral support.
