I recently set up an FTP on my bros computer bcause we just got cable at home. i didnt bother settin up a bunch of user passes and such cause im lazy and didnt have the time i just left it open using IIS so me and him could swap files cause im at school. I know this was a bad idea laevin it open so i dont need to hear it. anyway someone droped some stuff on there nothing bad its just there and shouldent be. My bro shut the FTP down so it cant be accessed anymore. the problim is he cant delete the folders that were put on there by someone else. its tells him he dosent have preission to delete them. File size says 0 and norton says there clean. Im wounderin is there is some way to get rid of these files?? any program the will just erace things from a computer no matter what. dose somethin like that exist?

It should be in the file properties somewhere. You can try deleting it from a cmd window. One of the problems could be a stray ascii character in the name of the file. That always seemed to cause problems. Make sure he does a full virus scan of that machine and applies all patches if you want to use junk like IIS.
