It is a simple pop-up that appears like it is rebooting your computer and having component checks fail. The biggest problem with it is that my browser is set to make little clicking sounds as new pages open up (that is default in IE and I never changed it). Thus as it "reboots" you hear new windows opening up. So the illusion isn't very good.
