From seeing the trailer an assload of times in the theatre. It appears that Adam Sandler is misdiagnosed with a life ending disease, he lives it up, fucks around (or tries to) with a married woman who isn't satisfied with hubby, finds out he's ok, then tries to get back with her.

Also sounds like a chickflick since he spends time trying to get this chick. I don't like these movies that try to be guy movies but are just chick flicks. Knocked-Up, Wedding Crashers, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, all those types of movies.

I saw it last night. I would give is a 7.3/10

Quick synopsis:
Adam Sandler get's a rare blood disease, changes his life for the better, then get's healed of it and goes downhill for a bit.

Its quite a depressing movie but there are some great comedic lines.
