My monthly T-Mobile balance is billed automatically to my AMEX SkyMiles Platinum card every month.
Up until last month, TMO had charged my card the exact amount of outstanding balance. My July 17 to August 16 balance was $273.44. They charged me $273.44.
What did they do last month?
8/16 - 9/17 Balance: $371.50
Charged to Card: $321.50 (Meaning they forced me to carry over a $50.00 balance.)
I called up to get a new phone, and they offer it to me at a "$50 goodwill discount".)
Of course their discount and the $50 they didn't auto pay cancel each other out = GTaudiophile got pwned on a ****** Motorola V330 phone!
