I have a Fujitsu MPG3409AT hard drive that's been acting funny. I already had it RMAed before. Now, I've noticed a huge slowdown a couple days ago, and yesterday, it said it couldn't be read/written on. I restarted, wasn't detected by the computer. I set it to primary (was on slave before) and it worked, put it back on slave, and it worked. After 10-20 minutes, the same thing happens. This time, setting it to primary doesn't work. So i finally give up and turn on the computer with it just connected and it works. I turn off DMA, same problem, I turn it back on, and it works like new. Why is this? The speed is fine now but now it makes clicking sounds when it tries to find files (uh oh). It's not hooked up right now.
P.S. I advise you not to get this hard drive.
