I was comparing the prices between a Dell and self-built and came across what I thought was funny user reviews on the Dell website for the XPS 420. 2 user reviews, dated Jan 15 & 16 both state that the system has locked up or frozen, and they still gave the system 5 stars. I find this funny. Do people just accept lock ups? I don't. My current PC has only locked up on me 2 or 3 times in the past 3 years. I would of given each of the systems 0 stars.
