yeah, id guess 48. Plus it says he blew a .08 which is the legal limit and was acquitted, but isnt anything above 0 illegal for someone under 21?

Yeah I really didn't understand that.

Swerving around at a .08? Well, the guy ate his own underwear...so I doubt the alcohol had any effect on his poor driving lol.
