Not funny. Sad.

The cops look so incompetent. I'm not even sure whether the woman cop is beating the suspect like that because she wants to, or if she is so bad with physical altercations that this actually seems like the best course of action to her.

She doesn't hit him for seemingly no reason until the last; and who can blame her, she's paranoid because this guy just spent so long fighting. Up until that point he's fighting the cops and she's kind of cute.

So not funny, so much as adorable and kinky.

Didn't find the sound effects funny at all. Tacky. The sound effects to epic beard man were funny, these aren't.

This pig should be in prison. That won't happen, though. There was no reason to be beating his head in with a baton. Even if she was weak (obviously is very weak) if she had any idea what she was doing she could have choked him while the other guy was there. No reason for this brutality at all.

Yeah, let's have all the back seat drivers tell us how she should have handled this, not knowing theirselves what they would have done if in the same position.

Police are not to be judged based on what a lay person would do but rather what the police should do.

This. She did go a little far in hitting him after he surrendered for real, but honestly, he had it coming. A few extra bruises will make him look more badass in jail anyway. :p

Matters little.

If he was truly dangerous he should have been shot.
In the situation we saw the constant bludgeoning was not the required action. The female should have been getting cuffs on him.

lol this is a video for NOT having a female cop. 2 male cops would have that guy in cuffs. she spent her time running around hitting and doing very little else.

No police brutality found because the female officer was so lacking in strength she might as well been hitting him with a drinking straw. Looks like he almost gained control of the baton at 0:47 and then he would have showed her how to really use a weapon. Luckily backup arrived shortly thereafter else both her and her partner might have ended up dead.

This is why tazers were created, so that cops don't have to engage in a full out brawl with a suspect and deploy their billy clubs in many cases. Especially female cops who would be out classed physically by male suspects bigger than them in a physical confrontation.

And for some reason she was using the baton like a baseball bat. Which decreases the force at the end, assuming it's a typical telescoping baton.

The guy could have been peacefully entering the gas station to buy ice cream for his child...

...or he could have been hopped up on meth wailing on anyone near him, including several swings on the female officer.

maybe she tried handcuffing him prior and was unable to, continuing to leave this guy in a position to cause damage and harm to the people and the surroundings? There was no way these two were ever going to successfully handcuff him without more assistance.

Of course what happened prior matters.

They don't have the required control over him to forcefully cuff him. What, do you think that if you put one cuff on them that you magically have them? Sorry, but what you now have is a flail swinging about, and if they swing it into their hand they now have a serrated weapon.

Cuffs in your hand massively hinder your ability to actually get control of the suspect. He is constantly slipping out of her partner's grasp (naked skin gives you no purchase) and at the beginning he has almost freed himself -- the male cop is down to holding his ankles. So she beats him to give him something else to think about. Then continues to beat him as her partner continues to struggle. And it works. He is not a happy camper about that stick and starts to comply because of it.

Its looks like she swinging away with the baton because the man didn't comply by rolling on his stomach on the ground but close to the end he couldn't have rolled over because the male cop was controlling his hips/legs but she swung anyway.
