My personal favorite is from Rush Hour 2... where the fashion designer just cracks up while making passes at Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

before i read your post, i was goint to say from "rush hour 2" when the guy fell out the window, and chris said "you know he won't be in rush hour 3".

Pretty much all Jackie Chan movie outtakes are hilarious. The Pixar outtakes from A Bug's Life, Monster's Inc, and Toy Story are good too.
 
I liked the outtakes in Toy Story. I thought that was clever to make outtakes because there is no way that computer animated characters are going to screw up. 😉

I thought the pixar outtakes were lame because they werent real. I think one or two were funny but for the most part they were cheapened cus thy werent real. I did like the cell phone in rush hour2. The only other one I can think of right now is from liar liar with Jim carey. It was one of the courtroom scenes when they were yelling at eachother and the actress yells at jim "Overactor!" That was pretty funny.
