functioning temperatures for DURON-700 ?

Tell me which are the functioning temperatures for a Duron-700 ?

mine runs at 42C (idle,surfing, on a cool room) 49C on a hot day idling.

54C is about as high as my cheap fan keeps it on a warm room day (VANTEC piece of ..)
