Go overnight river rafting on the wildest river you have access to. If you're in southern or central Calif I recommend the Kern River, top to bottom, multi-day trip with camp outs along the run. Wild fun. (it's almost 33% as good as surfing)
All agree on a book, read it, discuss, synthesize a group critique & write it up on your group's blog of adventures. Give all your friends & relatives access to your group blog.

Sundown dinner cruise on super fast 55 ft double dolphin catamaran sailboat.

As a group, register on a web board and all share the pwd. All post independently under the same single shared avatar/screen name, creating a composite virtual personality. But not on AT. Some other web board.
If you're in California, go panning for gold in any of many gold-bearing rivers here.
If you're in California, go explore some of the big caves with fabulous stalactites / stalagmites in the Sierras (west side), or similar in New Mexico or perhaps other places.
Go hunt for and ONLY photograph ancient Indian petroglyphs in the mountains / desert.
Go challenge Area 51.
Hot air ballooning - champaign flight.
Go see if you can figure out the traveling rocks in the California desert, how do they move around---so many conflicting theories. Or explore similar mysteries in your area.
See if you can locate any haunted houses & go check them out.
Practice singing, rent time in a recording studio with a producer, & record a group record. See if you can get local radio stations to air it.
Make group themed costumes, and go find lots of city parades to march in. 4th of July usually has parades all around. Apply to merchants for free candy you can toss to kids along the curbs as you parade by.
Use group costumes again when you go as a group on Halloween.
Go as a group to any air shows. Usually have 'em in summer all over the place.
If you're in California, go gather ancient fossils & geodes in the desert, break geodes open, be amazed at crystals inside, mount & share as bookends, knick nacks, gifts.
Make a little group weekend side business of, for hire, putting on birthday parties for kids, to get more use out of your costumes, and as another venue to practice your magic tricks and group singing. Make arrangement w/ local skating rink / pizza parlor / water slide park for place to throw kid parties.
If your group is cohesive enough & energetic, buy a fixer-upper house as a joint venture, quickly renovate doing the physical work yourselves, sell, profit, divide spoils. Total turnaround: 3-4 months.
Hike in to Havasupi Falls in Grand Canyon. Magnificent, inspirational.
Go see Indian cliff dwellings in Chaco Canyon / Mesa Verde.
Go rent a few rooms (winter time) deep down in Mexico.
Go to dinner-play theater. Maybe even see if they'll let your group perform your magic show during intermission or as a warm up act. Consider wearing your costumes during.
Take swing dance lessons.
Volunteer for the annual dolphin count / bird count/ whatever the wildlife is in your locale that they take counts of using volunteers.
Limbo party with flaming Tiki torches.
Squirt gun fights.
Sign up to put on a weekly public access television show. Keep it running for a while, say 3 months or longer.
Go volunteer at an animal rescue place similar to the one around here called BUNS (bunnies urgently needing shelter). For real.
Find some old folks on limited income, apply to city to fund you to paint their house.
Go out of Tuolamine Meadows on the mule pack train to the High Sierra back country camps. You tour about 5 different camps, they cook all food, they provide daily sack lunch, cots with blankets, hot showers, flush toilets. Reinvigorating. See what few ever see back there, mule does the work you just ride 'em gowboy/girl. I had great time, & it'd be a blast for a group.
Sit around with each other & waste your vital time saying, What do you want to do? I don't know, what do you wanna do? I don't know, what do YOU wanna do? . . .
