Full Warhammer Online trailer released today

EA still has plenty of time to screw it up, or better yet, once gamers invest a year or two into it and then screw it up.

When i heard EA was publishing the game took a dive in my head... From a 9 to about a 5...

Now im debating whether to try it or not, not about whether i should convince my friends to play it with me.

man that looks sweet, i was kinda interested from what i've read about the pvp system there...but damn! now i'm really interested!

Cool. So is this a MMPORG like World of Warcraft? Because we definately do not need another one of those - Warhammer is supposed to be strategy. And painting. And spending more money. Actually, screw Warhammer, I'm going home.

i almost want to play WH40k again, but GW raised the prices on stuff. 16 eldar guardians used to be $20, now they're $30:|:|

Yea, that sucks.. still great fun though. I haven't played for many years, but I've never seen a strategy game that can recapture the feel of standing over the table and physically moving your units.

i sold off my eldar and tyranids a year ago. part of me wishes i had kept them, but i hardly ever had anoyne with whom to play (plus i didnt know the official rules, i alway s played to kill the other army 🙂)

Warhammer is an mmorpg, but is similar to wow only in genre.

Much like dark age of camelot, its going to rvr combat (4 sides this time instead of 3). Realms will war it out with each other and gain special abilities through leveling in pvp as well as with experience.

Mythic did very well with dark age, but fumbled hard on the expansions which eventually drove nearly its entire playerbase to WoW. Hopefully they learned from those mistakes.
