Full Sized ATX AM2 Mobo with Integrated Video?

I received an x2 6000+ chip as a gift so I'm looking to build a new computer. I currently have an older AGP setup and I don't want to purchase a video card yet until dx10 becomes mainstream.

Are there any full sized ATX AM2 motherboards with integrated video AND pci-e 16x AND 4 ddr2 slots for a future upgrade? Of course, there are tons of micro ATX boards that would work but I'm looking for a regular sized ATX board so it's not such a pain to assemble.
