Full screen video tearing

What i play full screen video (divx on WMP/BSplayer/Mediaplayer)i get tearing on both Samsung 22" and Viewsonic 22" when using DVI cable. It doesn't do this with standard Dsub VGA, but its of coarse not as sharp. Anyone know how i may be able to fix this? Video card is Geforce 6800GT AGP, 91.47 drivers.
 
Be sure to use the DirectX Tweaker program in order to enable Triple Buffering on D3D games and use VSYNC without the performance hit.
