Full or mid tower

I'm about to get a new computer but I don't know whether I should get mid tower or full tower, if there's no drawback to mid I'd rather get one(cheaper). Suggestions?

All depends on how much stuff you want to fit in there, if you want a small form factor mobo or
a full size atx style. Also, if you like to game or overclock, then you want a case with excellent air flow.
Usually a full size case, will flow air and cool the components better than one that is jam packed of parts.
And of course, space where want to put it is an issue. A large case is also easier to work inside as regards
to running cables, adding or removing parts, etc.

I would get the large full size one myself.

go for full if you're planning a high end build. and case's are a good long term investment.

Full-tower cases have drawbacks too: high shipping costs, take up lots of floor or desk space, heavy unless you pay more for all aluminum, etc. - these tend to wear on you over time. So, if you really don't need the space, mid-tower is a good way to go. Some of those arrange the space better than others, so it seems there is more of it. But I've always liked the Temjin 5, the Tt Eureka or the XClio Windtunnel. I don't think I'd kick any of those out of the house for a good while.

Having built several systems I personally think that features and layout can often times be more important than size. Cases with removable motherboard trays and side mounted hard drive trays can be as easy to work in as many full towers. If they've got the appropriate number of fans they can offer just as much cooling too. Though the thing that I dislike about most mid-towers is that you've got to find innovative ways to run your cables, unless you've got modular ones. They're also annoying to work in because there is never enough room!

I personally prefer full tower cases because they have infinitely more room and I like things to be spaced out as much as possible. I dislike everything about my sonata II case except for the side mounted hard drive trays. If I could do it all over again I'd have gotten something about twice the size.

If you're looking for a good quality case in either a mid or full tower stick with Lian Li, gigabyte or Cooler Master.
