Personally I think this is a bad idea and that "Pavement Patty" will do more harm than good.

Personally I think this is a bad idea and that "Pavement Patty" will do more harm than good.

If they are prevalent enough, it may "desensitize" people to Personnel Obstructions. Eventually They'll run over a real little girl by carelessness.
