OC'ed or stock ? HSF ?? I have been running at 2560 on my 4400+ at 50c for 2 months 24/7.
 
OK. stock HSF ? both cores loaded ????? Anyway 50c is fine fully loaded on both cores.

I kind of agree, in that if you spent $40 (including shipping) on a 3rd party heatsink/fan, you ought to be seeing much better results relative to the stock HSF. It sounds like you're using too much AS5, which could be why temps are rising over time (they should be falling over time). It may also just be that the Thermaltake isn't any better than the stock HSF, since they look like they're about the same size (80mm fans and all).
