Hi guys.
Yup, another scsi hd question from your truly...🙂
As I'm converting my system to full scsi, I have collected most parts except for my storage solution... I'm considering picking up a full-height HD's, since any decent-sized low profile scsi's tend to shoot up way past my budget (at least ~20g).
I plan to use this to store mp3's, files, programs, p😉rns, etc., and burn cd's off of it. My question is with the performance of these drive when I burn cd's. Most of these drives' specs run 5400rpm, 12~13 sec seek time, 1mb cache, etc. Are they good enough with these specs, or do they not matter since they'll most likely have sustained transfer rate of ~40mb?
Again, any suggestions, opinions are all welcome & thanks for all the suggestion you guys put in my previous post. (I love this board🙂)
