Full featured MicroATX Boards

Does a full featured Micro ATX board not exist anywhere ?

I know the space is a premium but I need a micro ATX board for an entertainment system. Serial ATA and Firewire are a must without addon cards.

Anyone ?

The Biostar M7NCG has pretty much everything but SATA...it's a decent board, I used one before I handed it down to my wife's system.

Well there are Socket A mATX boards that will have EITHER sata ports OR Firewire ports. So which is more inportant?
