Fujitsu service, is it good?

I am about to send my S6120 for parts replacement, anyone else who has sent their Fujitsu notebook for repair, did they fix it right? Any problems, like did they take care of your notebook (no scratches, clean) or did they fix it right? Please let me know, I am worried about my baby =(
