Hi. I am looking for a subnote book, a small laptop that is, not your average laptop, but something super small, like the Life Book from Fujitsu. I saw the x series from IBM (or at least I think it was teh x series), it was a bit larger, but still small. I looked at a Fujitsu Life Book, it is quite small. The Sony TR is small tool.

What about teh Fujitsu Life Bokok's? How good are they. I do not need great processing power, size is the most important issue, I need small, not necessarily light. WiFi is needed, and I need a good, if not minimal amount is okay of external ports like one USB port and a firewire port if available, but not needed. As mentioned I do not care about processing power and al taht, I would just load up Windos 2000 on it and use it as my portable laptop. So, any suggestions?

As long as you can comfortably type on it, they have those P-series ones. My buddy has one and they are micro-coool, just like they look, not too cheap tho.

I have the Fujitsu Lifebook P7010D. It's a great laptop, small, light and packs plenty of pep.

You can check out LEOG.net for more info on the Lifebooks.

I think there have been a couple threads asking a similar question on here before. I have the P5010D and love it. The P7000 series isn't a big enough reason yet to upgrade for me but if I was in the market right now for a new laptop I'd probably get the P7000. The keyboard is a little smaller than a normal laptop and the ,./ keys are spaced and shrunk a little more than the others. You get used to it quickly though. I highly recommend the Fujitsu P series notebooks and the leog.net forums are your best resources by far for more information. :)
