Fujitsu Laptops - Are they reliable?

While I can't comment on their customer service all that much (I've only used the live chat support they offer on their website), I really like my Fujitsu i-4187 laptop. I bought it refurbished and just recently replaced the hard drive in it with a 30gb drive. I have Windows XP running on it at the moment and it performs nicely. I've also installed Slackware linux on it and have written an article at Techdose.com on configuring it with Slack 8 (tho much of it should also be useable for other distributions). I've also taken the laptop completely apart to see if the processor was upgradeable.. and it survived that! So I'm quite happy with it overall =)
