Fujitsu HDD making strange noise

Hi!

My Fujitsu MHN2200AT (20 GB) is not detected (at startup -> no
startup, only with CD or FDD) on any PC/Laptop I tried. Instead, once
connected, it makes a noise as some kind of burglar alarm. What's the
problem here and is there a chance to have it work again? Briefly, it
is not detected neither by BIOS nor by software (HDD Regen or Ultimate
Boot, ...) and once connected it emits some really annoying
burglar-like alarm !? !!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE !!!

IT'S DEAD!!!!
Not being detected and making funny noises is usually a pretty good sign that it has passed on...
