really excited about this camera, its officially suppose to be the wife's camera but who cares. amazon is now accepting pre-orders as well. got mine in this morning. who else is getting one?
 
its pretty sweet but honestly for 1200 bones id just get a DSLR, which is what i think most will say when they see what it costs
 
well, fuji is not aiming this at the DSLR market, more towards the leica people. i want a compact camera with big camera picture quality that i can bring with me everywhere i go.

if the quality is there it's a couple hundred bucks less expensive than a 35L by itself, or nearly 500 bucks less than a 24L. if it's at that level of quality then it could be a bargain.
