Fuji Tech Support Sucks (rant)

I'm on the phone with Fuji's tech support 'cuz Windows XP won't reconize my camera. I wait 10 minutes to talk to a guy in tech support who listens for 30 seconds & forwards me to the repair department. Another 5 minute wait, he listens for 10 seconds, and as soon as I say it's not reconized, he forwards me to Tech support (where I was before). He doesn't even let me say I was already there. I then wait another 15 minutes, and the (same) guy listens for about 10 seconds, and sends me back to repair, where I belong. That guy then listens for about 3 seconds (till he reconizes my voice), and sends me back. I still didn't get a chance to tell him that I was already there. I'm now waiting for another 20 minutes (and counting...) to talk to the tech support guy, who will forward me to repair again. I think this time I'm going to ask to speak with a manager. About 1hr worth of elevator music will do that.

sounds like a tech prob to me. i would definately ask to speak to a manager. (that is kinda weird you got the same tech support guy both times)
