From what i've read, and their ratings, they're supposed to be good. But I tried to buy a cam from them a while back. Thought it was ridiculous that they charge $20 shipping, then basically sit on the order for 3-4 days before shipping it out. I ended up calling to cancel and they got all snotty with me when I told them why.

You really have to watch out for the online camera store based out of NY and NJ. If you check f*twallet for any of these digital cameras, you will find that the cheapest prices are out of these regions. However, if you start reading reviews from people that tried buying cameras from these people, it seems that there's a common bait and switch mode of operation. Sure these stores initially promise a $ 100 difference from what reputable sites such as Buy.com offer, but then they crack you with heavy shipping charges and bogus insurance fees which can amount to big $! I would rather pay the extra money and get the camera from a source I can trust, rather then float my credit card to these people. Just my humble opinion, take it for what it's worth......
