Fuji Finepix 1400 $50.00 rebate

I got mine after being told I wouldn't. I sent in a PRINT OUT of the rebate form, not an actual copy, had no problems. Sent near the end of Nov.

I mailed in my Fuji Finepix 1400 $50 rebate on the very last day 2/28/01 so I probably won't be seeing my check for at least another 2 months, hehe.

Fortunately I mailed in an original green and white rebate form so everything should work out just fine. $50 sure would be nice.

Hossenfeffer - I used the 1-800-800-FUJI on the rebate form. They gave me another # to call. Sorry, I know I saved it but can't find it right now. anyways, if you call the above during business hours they can give you the new one.

I used to have the 1300.... Same model just older and different face. I now have a Canon s-100 (thanks MCI!!150.00)which I do love. However, when I look at my older Fuji pics and I remember how much easier it was operate the fuji I miss it. Great starter camera! I wouldn't start any lower than that or the HP 215.

A great plus about this camera is that it takes regular AA batteries.

I'll give the 800-800-fuji number a try tomorrow before I work on shifting my current policy of actively not looking for a job.

Yes, it's a very good camera. I think it's rating is around 4.5 out of 5. The LCD screen is it's weakest point becuase it's hard to see in bright light like out doors. It was so easy to get good pictures with this camera, the first 3 I did just playing around came out really good. The largest it would probably print decently are 8x10 because of the resolution (1280x760), but for 1.3 megapixels it's probably one of the best.
