Fuji f70exr vs lumix zr1

I'm down to two cameras and, while the reviews for the panasonic seem stellar, I just find the image quality (at least based on samples) of the fuji to be outstanding.

Anyone own either? I'm thinking the zr1 is the way to go, but the f70exr's images sure do look purdy

I am in the same boat as you, but the ZR1 takes HD video while the F70 does not, I do take the occasional video once in a while, and both cameras take very good pics. So thats why I am most likely going with the ZR1.

It would be awesome if someone who knew alot of this stuffed chimed in as well.

Yea, I went ahead and got the ZR1, Yes its indoor photos might not be as good as the F70, but Most of the time ill be using it outdoors. the ZR1 is the best outdoor camera in the price range (what some peeps said at the forums at DPreview)

you might've realized by now, but the ZR1 doesn't take HD video - the ZR3 does, though.

Yes it does, it can record video in 1280x720 = HD res
