Fuel System cleaners?

Do the car fuel system cleaners work? Or are they a waste of money? Recommend a brand?

I use 'em to remove any water that might have accumulated in my fuel system. I used to use STP Concentrate, but now I just use the Auto store brands...been doing it for years on my Camry and it's been running well for nearly 13 years.
