how easy is it to remove the fuel tank and replace the fuel line retainer? any reason why the feed hose would get loose? pressure from overfilling or weather? just curious and my car just stopped and i noticed fuel leaking underneath. getting quoted $200 to fix. 🙁
You talking about the quick release clip on the line that connects to the filter? That's about the only place you're going to see an external leak under the car.

Most new cars the fuel lines are plastic and will somtimes split right at the fitting... There are ways to repair it but in most cases its best to just replace...
