If I go w/ another stick of 256, that pushes the price up pretty high.

I'm not sure on the videocard yet. Maybe a 8500OEM
 
Make sure to spend the extra dollars on that WD and get the "special" version with 8meg cache.

Unless you just want a huge case (I like big cases, but they take up more room), you could go with the medium version of that case and save a few bucks.
