Fuddruckers Has Nachos!?!

I've been a Fudd Fanatic for 2 decades, if not longer. I remember when they use to have only burgers, dogs, and a chicken sandwich. Now they have everything from Shrimp to Steak Sandwiches to about 10 different chicken dishes. Went tonight, I always get the burger (best chain burger FTW!) My and my GF decided to try the Nachos.

Beef, Chicken or Chilli Cheese. topped with cheese, sour cream + Guacamole.

We got Chilli Cheese with no sour cream or Guac. The chilli is pretty decent, it's con carne, so no beans, no onions and no damn bell pepers. just meat and sauce. It's not eactly thick, but it holds up. Chips and thick and delicious. I got some salsa with it, which was very spicy and excellent. In true Fudd fashion, you get a HUGE platter. We shared one order, with an order of boneless buffalo wings (also tasty) and a couple Cookie & Cream shakes. Best shakes from ANY chain FTW! all for just under 20 bucks.

These nachos are pretty plain for the most post, but I would eat them again to see what the chicken and beef are like. The Chili is good, but it needs more of a kick. The chips are very sturdy and hold up the toppings wonderfully.

No no no! no burgers, it wasn't a cheap meal, but the quality of the food is good, and they give you very nice American "why we're fat asses" portions. And the shakes are unbelievable, you get a big glass, hand made with real ice cream, and they give you the metal cup thing it was made in with what wouldn't fit in your cup. I'd say you get about another 1/2 a shake out of that. If you threw in 2 burgers, it would be around 30 bucks. More if you wanted the 1lb's or the Osterige(sp?) I'm chicken and can't bring myself to eating an Osterige burger, but I have heard they are pretty good.

Fuddruckers is only the best burger in america. Well they have a much bigger menu then just burgers. Delicious food, huge portions. And as ballmode says, they have a cheese wiz pump where most places have a Katchup one. If you live anywhere near one and love unhealthy food. It's a must try.
