FTP's with ICS in XP

I am sharing a T3 connection via a crossover cable, but on the second computer, I cannot download from FTP's in IE. I can download on the host fine. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

Ok, so you can't download from any FTP hosts? Does that include public FTP sites like ftp.netscape.com, etc. or are these on the same network?
