FTP to FTP file transfer.

I was wondering if it was possible to transfer files between 2 different FTP's with different Usenames and passwords, without having to first download first from the 1 ftp and then upload to the other 1. If it is possible what program could i use? Could cute ftp do it and how, because with cute FTP it is only possible to log into 1 ftp at a time.

If some1 could help i would appreciate it.

A lot of FTP servers disallow this because it is/was mainly used to transfer warez between servers and can be bad for security to allow PORT commands to allow connections from an unauthenticated IP, not that FTP is secure anyway.
