FTP Service Refuses Mac Connections

"Connection Refused; Transfer Aborted" is the error message displayed in either Macintosh IE or Fetch, a Mac FTP utility.

I'm running a small server here at home, with Windows 2000. I have FTP services running, and I can connect to the FTP site in question from either the server itself, or from an XP Workstation.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

If you go to Properties for your FTP server in the IIS MMC and click the "Home Directory" tab, look at the "Directory Listing Style" radio buttons and confirm that "Unix" is selected instead of "MS-DOS".
