FTP Server on RT314

I am trying to figure out how to configure my RT314 router and FTP server (Serv-U 3) to work together. I read the earlier thread today, but to solve anything. I followed Netgear's support page and this did not solve my problem. I have the latest firmware (3.25).

If I try to FTP to my outside IP address on port 21, I get my router. If I FTP to my LAN IP address (192.168.0.3) on port 21, I get the Serv-U FTP server. How do I configure it so that I get my FTP server when I try to connect to my outside IP address on port 21?

Below are some of my configurations that may help diagnose the problem.
