FTP server, and clear text.

I'm looking for an ftp server that will write the users in clear text so if i change the text file, I do not need to restart the ftp program for it to register the new users?
 
Huh? You want an ftp server where you dont have to restart it after changing the configuration file? Dont most work like that? A simple kill -HUP should take care of it if Im wrong.
 
Sort of. I know with G6, and Serv-u you have to restart it when they are changes. You can't just edit the text file and make the changes and then save the text file.
 
With Serv-U 3.0, you do not have to restart the server for any changes. Just apply them and they are done.
