FTP question..

i have a ftp setup...

and when i go to ftp sites through my browser window it looks like this:

looks like its viewing through IE i guess..

but a while ago when i used to go to ftps thru my browser it'd look like this, it also looks like this for some of my friends too

looks like its viewing files thru windows explorer

the difference is in the first pic..i can right click the files and go to save as..but in the second pic it views the files in the ftp as if it was viewing them through windows explorer, and u can't "right click save as", u can only copy, and then paste which is same as dling, but ucant see itdownloading or speed..

so anyone know why it looks different??

You're using IE as an FTP client? Ugh. Get FlashFXP.

nah, i use ws_ftp and cuteftp sometimes, but i was just wondering, because if i wanna browse a ftp real quick i just do it thru ie since its much easier than opening up a ftp program and inputting everything
