FTP on DSL

Hello,
Can somebody help me set up a ftp server on my home cpu so I can access it from at work. I have the Megabit service through Qwest with the cisco 675. I have the G6FTp Server program up and running. When I start it up it shows my IP as 10.0.0.2. How can I get it to reconize my outside IP address? Now this is wierd. I also have aol plus, and when I log onto it the G6FTP software automaticly finds my aol address and can allow outside access to me. Why can't I connect when I'm not on AOL? I can't set it up to use AOL because the IP address changes every time.. Any help would be very helpfull.
 
I also have Qwest and using the Cisco675 to run an FTP server. I'll have some answer for you in an hour. Work call!!
