FTP Links dont work

I cant get a ftp link working for some reason. It happened when I installed cuteftp. Now when I click a link that is like from an ftp, it opens cuteftp instead. I uninstalled cuteftp now because of that, and now it does nothing. I cant get it working at all.
 
Anyway, CuteFTP blows, it's the worst FTP client. After GlobalScape bought it from Alex Kunandze, they totally sh|tified it. Idiots, I even made a few dozen bug reports to them..

I recommend using version 2.6 if you want bug-free operation with good features.. The current version (4.x or something?) is simply BAD.
