FTP Help

I feel dumb for asking this right now but how can I change directory in a command prompt FTP session when the Directory has a space in it.... Example... The City I live in, Madison Heights.

I have tried:
cd Madison Heights
cd Madison~1
cd Madison_Heights
cd Madison-Heights

try cd "Madison Heights"
