And, once again, Tallahassee proves that it is THE place to commit crimes if you are an athlete (and I live here).

Adrian McPherson (FSU quarterback until this happened), who was charged with 4 felonies for the theft, forgery and cashing of a check from a Tallahassee business and for bouncing checks and with misdemeanors for gambling and in connection with the check theft pleaded "no contest" to everything and gets the following punishment (as long as he obeys probation.)

no judgement of guilt
50 (or only 25 if he talks to kids about gambling) hrs of community service
30 (or only 18 if he's a good boy) months probation
90 days county work detail to be served within one year
pay back the $3500 for the stolen check

the vigilante/hacking group LOD was originally created to control this kind of thing.

perhaps it's about time for a rebirth of LOD/LOH.
