Will this PSU be able to handle a this new rig im planning??? The PSU is already bought and cannot be replaced 🙁

i5-2500k on mild overclock
2 7200rpm Hdds
Pc color HD 4870
3-4 case fans(not including pc cooler)
a Dvd Drive

Probably. Not sure how much of the 500W is on the 12V line, but FSP are generally good, and a 500W PSU is enough for a SB and a 4870. As long as you don't overclock too much (although SB is very power-efficient), and don't plan on multiple video cards, I think you'll be fine.

My spare Blue Storm has 2-12v the +1 is a 15 amp and +2 is a 16 amp line and was the only ps that I had to rma.
When I got it back I only used with small amp cards gt7800,7900 and 8800gt and it was fine.
It shut off a few times while gaming with e8400@4100 and 8800gtx.
